Dominance on the Lanes: SC4 Bowling Shines from Start to Nationals

Port Huron, MI - The 2025–26 season was a landmark year for both the SC4 men's and women's bowling programs, filled with individual breakthroughs, major award winners, and strong team performances from start to finish. Both teams not only grew competitively throughout the season but also delivered some of the most decorated performances in program history.

The men's team showcased major strides this season, earning strong tournament placements, multiple postseason honors, and a championship victory on their home lanes.

· SC4 Invitational Champions

The men claimed the team title at their home SC4 Invitational, marking one of the biggest team wins of the season.

· Justin Bisby – MCCAA Singles Champion

Justin captured the MCCAA Singles Championship, establishing himself as one of the top bowlers in the conference.

· Justin Bisby – NJCAA Region 12 All-Region Team, MCCAA All-Freshman Team

· Donovan Germain – All-Conference & All-Freshman Team

The men delivered a strong showing on the national stage.

· Justin Bisby – 15th Place in Singles (out of 87)

His performance capped a season defined by competitive progress and major individual breakthroughs.

The women's program continued its rapid rise this year, turning in several tournament victories, multiple postseason awards, and one of the strongest national championship runs in SC4 women's bowling history.

· Haylee Hodges – Muskegon CC Invitational and SC4 Invitation High Series

· Haylee Hodges – Eastern Conference Bowler of the Year and Freshman of the Year

· Mercedes Berube – Eastern Conference All-Freshman Team

SC4's women impressed on the national stage with top-20 finishes across singles, doubles, and all-events.

· Haylee Hodges – 19th in Singles (out of 84)

· Haylee Hodges & Mercedes – 19th Place in Doubles

· Haylee Hodges – 11th Place in All Events

St Clair County Community College (SC4) was founded in 1923 and is the only public higher education institution in the thumb of Michigan. SC4 is a comprehensive community college that provides certificates and degrees for employable skills and college credits that can be transferred to a four-year college or university. The college provides collegiate arts and athletics for the area and has been an asset for students and the Port Huron community for over one hundred years.
