Flint, MI - The SC4 women's golf team earned their first win of the season with a strong team performance at the match hosted by Mott Community College at Flint Golf Club. The Skippers captured 1st place with a combined team score of 366.

Leading the way was Jaelyn Jozwiak, who posted an impressive round of 83, followed by Rylee Thompson and Haylee Hodges, each carding 89. Rowan Conley rounded out the team's scoring with a 105, helping secure the top spot in the event.

The victory marks a significant milestone for the team and reflects their hard work and growth throughout the season. The Skippers will look to carry this momentum into their next match at the Cleary University Fall Invitational on Tuesday, October 7.
