Port Huron, Mich. — St. Clair County Community College's women's soccer team closed out their 2025 season in dominant fashion on Saturday, defeating Alpena Community College 6-0 at home during a special Sophomore Day celebration.

The Skippers honored their sophomore class before the match, recognizing the leadership and contributions of the team's second-year players. Fueled by emotion and energy, SC4 came out strong and controlled the game from start to finish.

The offense was firing on all cylinders, scoring six goals while the defense held firm to secure the shutout. The victory capped off the season with a statement performance and highlighted the growth and resilience of the team throughout the year.

"This was a perfect way to end the season and honor our sophomores," said Head Coach Karic Jones. "They've helped build the foundation of this program and today was a reflection of their hard work and commitment."
