SC4 Women’s Bowling Earns Fourth at MCCAA Championship; Haylee Hodges Captures Singles Title and All MCCAA Honors

Livonia, MI - The St. Clair County Community College (SC4) women's bowling team delivered a strong showing at the 2026 MCCAA Bowling Championship, finishing fourth overall in a highly competitive field. The Skippers continued their season of growth and consistency with standout performances across the roster.

The highlight of the day came from Haylee Hodges, who turned in an exceptional effort to win the Singles Championship. Her victory placed her among the top individual performers in the conference and further showcased her talent on the lanes.

In addition to claiming the singles title, Hodges also secured a fourth-place finish in the All‑Events category, earning her a well-deserved spot on the All‑MCCAA Team. This honor recognizes the top bowlers in the conference based on overall performance throughout championship play.

The Skippers' fourth‑place team finish marks another step forward for the program as it continues to build momentum in the MCCAA and NJCAA Region XII.

They'll be back on the lanes this Friday as they compete for the NJCAA Region 12 Championship at Royal Scot Bowling Center.
