Port Huron, Mich. — The St. Clair County Community College (SC4) men's basketball team bounced back in a big way, defeating Muskegon Community College with a decisive 87-61 victory to even their record at 1-1.

The Skippers played with energy and precision, controlling the pace and pulling away early behind a strong team effort on both ends of the court.

SC4 will return to action at home on Thursday, November 20 at 7 p.m., opening play in the SC4 Thumb Coast Tip Off, a multi-day showcase of NJCAA basketball talent. The event will feature top programs from across the country, and admission to the Skippers Thursday night game is free for all fans.

"We're building momentum and excited to compete in front of our home crowd again," said Head Coach Richard Field. "The Thumb Coast Tip Off is a great opportunity to showcase our program and bring high-level basketball to Port Huron."

Fans are encouraged to pack the Fieldhouse and support the Skippers as they look to continue their winning ways.
