Port Huron, MI — The St. Clair County Community College (SC4) men's basketball team picked up a hard-fought victory in the opening round of the Thumbcoast Tip Off, defeating Coastal Alabama CC - North 63-57.
Defense was the story of the day for the Skippers, who held their opponent in check and made key plays down the stretch. Kevin Tiggs led the way with 19 points and 8 rebounds, while De'Andre Terrell added 16 points and 7 boards. Off the bench, Jacoby Menyweathers provided a spark with 5 steals and 8 points, helping SC4 maintain momentum in a tight contest.
